Pursuant to Colorado House Bill 1234, which was passed in 2019, Colorado dispensaries are slowly applying for recreational delivery permits. So far, Aurora is the only city that has opted into the program.

The fee for a medical marijuana delivery permit is $2,000 for a license good for six months or less and $4,000 for a license good for more than six months. All delivery license renewals are $2,000.
